Jonathan Lavian is a Los Angeles native. He graduated summa cum laude from UC Berkeley where he received highest honors in integrative biology and a minor in education. He attended medical school at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/ Northwell, where he was inducted into the AOA Medical Honor’s Society. Jonathan completed his medicine internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in Manhattan. He then completed a research fellowship at Columbia University, where he conducted trials in hair loss disorders and cutaneous lymphomas. Jonathan attended Dermatology residency at Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/ Northwell where he was awarded the Gold Humanism award for compassionate patient care. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys playing basketball, tennis, hiking and salsa dancing.
